Ordering
Do I need to be of legal age? Yes. You must be of legal cannabis age in your province to browse or buy: 19+ in most provinces and territories, 18+ in Alberta, and 21+ in Quebec. An adult of legal age may be asked for ID on delivery.
Do I need an account to order? No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders and reorder faster.
How do I know my order went through? You’ll see an order confirmation page with your order number, and we’ll email you a confirmation. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder or message us on WhatsApp.
Can I change or cancel my order? Yes, as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. Contact us on WhatsApp or at support@fryd.ca with your order number as soon as possible.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept? Interac e-Transfer, Skrill and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB, Dogecoin, USDT and USDC). If you’d like to pay another way, choose “Other” at checkout and our team will send you the details.
Is there a discount for crypto? Yes — pay with cryptocurrency and get 10% off your order, applied automatically at checkout. See How to Pay with Crypto.
Why is my order “on hold”? Orders stay on hold until we confirm your payment has arrived. Sending a screenshot of your payment on WhatsApp helps us confirm it faster.
Are prices in Canadian dollars? Yes, every price on FRYD.CA is in CAD.
Shipping
How much is shipping? A flat $35 per order, and free on orders of $300 or more.
How long does delivery take? Orders ship within 1 business day of payment confirmation, and most arrive in 2–7 business days depending on your province. See our Shipping page for details.
Do you ship outside Canada? No, we ship within Canada only.
Is the packaging discreet? Yes — plain packaging with no branding or description of the contents on the outside.
Will I get a tracking number? Yes, every order is tracked. We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Products
Are your products genuine FRYD? Yes. Counterfeit carts are common, so we’ve put together a Real vs Fake Fryd guide showing how to tell the difference.
How do I use a 510 cartridge? Screw it onto any standard 510-thread battery, then draw gently. Each product page includes usage tips.
How should I store my products? Keep them upright, at room temperature, out of direct sunlight, and out of reach of children and pets.
Returns
Can I return a product? Unopened, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened items can’t be returned unless they’re defective or we sent the wrong item. See our Returns policy.
My item arrived damaged or doesn’t work. What do I do? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or video, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
