FRYD.CA ships to adult customers within Canada. We do not ship outside Canada.
Shipping Rates
- Flat rate: $35 CAD per order, anywhere we ship in Canada
- Free shipping: on all orders of $300 CAD or more (subtotal)
Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing Time
Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Payments confirmed before 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday to Friday, are usually packed and shipped the same business day; everything else ships the next business day. Orders are not processed on weekends or statutory holidays.
If you paid by Interac e-Transfer, Skrill or cryptocurrency, your order stays on hold until we confirm the payment has arrived — sending us your payment confirmation on WhatsApp speeds this up.
Delivery Times
Once shipped, most orders arrive within:
- British Columbia, Alberta: 2–4 business days
- Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec: 3–6 business days
- Atlantic Canada: 4–7 business days
- Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and remote areas: 7–12 business days
Delivery times are estimates from the courier and aren’t guaranteed, especially during holidays or severe weather.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. As soon as your package leaves us, we’ll send your tracking number by email. You can also ask for it any time on WhatsApp.
Packaging
All orders ship in plain, discreet packaging with no product branding or description of the contents on the outside.
Age Verification on Delivery
An adult of legal cannabis age must be present to receive the package and may be asked to show valid government-issued photo ID. Packages that can’t be delivered are returned to us.
Address Accuracy & Lost Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we aren’t responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If your tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, or shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, contact us and we’ll open an investigation with the courier.
